OPASTCO Members-Only Web Site Terms of Usage

Please read these terms carefully. Accepting these terms will allow you to continue the process of creating an account and password for the members-only section. If you do not accept these terms, you will be unable to gain access to members-only section.

  1. Use of Site – As a member, OPASTCO authorizes you to view and download materials at this Web site only for your use and the use of your employer, an OPASTCO member company.

    You may not modify the materials at this site in any way, or reproduce or publicly display, perform, or distribute or otherwise use them for any public or commercial purpose outside of your company.

  2. User Submissions – Any material, information or other communication you transmit or post to this site will be considered non-confidential and nonproprietary. Submissions to this site become the property of OPASTCO, which may at its discretion choose to publish the submission or remove an already published submission from the site. OPASTCO and its designees will be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate and otherwise use the communications and all data, images, sounds, text, and other things embodied therein for any and all commercial or noncommercial purposes. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from this site any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or other material that would violate any law.

  3. User Bulletin Boards - OPASTCO may, but is not obligated, to monitor or review any areas of the site where users transmit or post communications or communicate solely with each other, including but not limited to chat rooms, bulletin boards or other user forums, and the content of any such communications. OPASTCO, however, will have no liability related to the content of any such communications, whether or not arising under the laws of copyright, libel, privacy, obscenity, or otherwise.

Copies of Presentations at Meetings – OPASTCO may place on this Website the PowerPoint slides, outlines, papers and other documents used or handed out by Presenters at OPASTCO conventions, seminars and other meetings. Presenters may freely decline to give OPASTCO any or all of such documents for placement on this Website. However, if a Presenter provides documents to OPASTCO for placement on this Website, the Presenter is deemed to have agreed to permit the provided documents to be viewed and downloaded by anyone with access to the Website. The content of such documents is solely and entirely the responsibility of the Presenter, and OPASTCO takes no responsibility for, and makes no warranties or representations whatsoever regarding, the accuracy, propriety or effectiveness of any legal, financial, marketing, technical or other representations or advice contained in such documents.
