International ILEC Member Benefits
For ILECs operating outside of the United States, OPASTCO offers an affordable membership that focuses on the education opportunities, technical know-how and resources companies can use—no matter where they are located.
Committee Participation

International ILEC Dues Structure
Annual dues are based on .001576 of an ILEC’s gross regulated revenues, divided by two, for the previous fiscal or calendar year, with a maximum payment of $5,825. New ILEC members qualify for pro-rated dues, based on the remaining months until Sept. 30th.
International ILECs should base the dues calculation on their country’s currency.
