Strategy and innovation took the spotlight at OPASTCO's 45th Annual Winter Convention in Phoenix this January.  From discovering lucrative new revenue opportunities in video and IP-based products and services, to determining how best to attract and retain customers in an especially competitive era for rural carriers, this year's Winter Convention was the most engaging and exciting yet.

Of course, when not learning the latest telecom trends and developments, OPASTCO members and guests were sure to find time for fun and relaxation, including the always-popular OPASTCO Golf Tournament and optional tours of the Phoenix area and Sonoran Desert.  FRED's Evening at the Arizona Science Center also proved a big hit with attendees, raising more than $27,000 for community development and educational programs in OPASTCO member service areas.
