Lifetime Achievement Award
This award honors individuals who have worked to further the independent telecommunications industry throughout their careers, specifically at the local or state level. This award recognizes effective leadership and advocacy, along with outstanding accomplishments and contributions to the local community and state industry associations.

General Criteria:
The OPASTCO Past Chairmen’s Award Committee oversees the nomination process for the Lifetime Achievement Award. Several months prior to the Summer Convention, the committee begins accepting nominations.
Any employee of an OPASTCO telecommunications company member may submit a nomination, which is then evaluated by the committee on merit. Nominees must:
- Be a current or retired employee of a member telecommunications company;
- Have a history of participating in OPASTCO committees;
- Have a record of outstanding contributions that benefit the independent telecommunications industry at the local or state level.
